What do you mean "batteries are off as well"?
If it means they are off the rv stored in your garage somethings very haywire, where's the power coming from for the light to blink?
If that means you used the factory disconnect the batteries most likely are NOT completely disconnected. That disconnect does not disconnect the CO/LP detector wired directly to the batteries. On some rvs with electric slides it does not disconnect power to those motors so that they powered & won't come out during travel. Any radios with clocks. The only way to completely disconnect all parasitic drains is either disconnect the negative cable from the battery going directly to ground or add a disconnect switch to that cable, otherwise your batteries will be dead in as little as a week depending on condition of the batteries.
I have no clue what the blinking green light indicates other than it's getting power somewhere somehow.

If there is a "blinking green light" and the trailer is NOT connected to shore power, then the battery system or solar system is providing the power to energize that green light.

I'd first disconnect the battery cables (not just turn off a switch somewhere) and determine if the green light stops blinking. If you have a solar system that is active AND your trailer's solar panels are exposed to sunlight, "the panels" are actively producing electricity. Where that power is going would be determined by what "solar components" are active in YOUR trailer.

My guess is, as Danny posted, if you "just turned off the battery disconnect switch", then that blinking green light is part of the trailer system that is not deactivated with the BCO switch. Disconnect the battery to completely remove power.

Correct

I only turned off the battery disconnect. It’s been sitting since 1st of Nov but father n law said he just noticed light the other day. I’m just wanting to make sure it’s not an issue and hoping someone knows the reasoning. I’m gonna be up there Saturday and planning to address issue. Just hoped to hv a solution when I arrived

If there is a "blinking light" then that component is getting power from somewhere. I'd guess it's from either the battery (which will soon be run down if it's not already there) or from the solar system or possibly an internal coin type battery within that component.

If you still have the batteries connected to the trailer electrical system (at the battery cables) and there's no other source of electrical power, it's only a matter of time before you damage your battery bank from excessive discharge.
