When you add the air bags, you'll probably find that the front (tongue) of your trailer will be too high, so you'll need to adjust your hitch height and readjust the WD bars to bring the tow vehicle front axle back to the correct height.

Thats not my TT. I just had to show that pic. The guy thats standing with the door open is the guy that was helping me with a PDI for my sons TT.
I asked him about that Jeep and he told me that the tech guy says they all do that and the owner just needs some bags.
He was getting ready to head from Portland Or to somewhere in CA. 400+ miles to Nor Cal area. I couldn't believe they actually let him go like that.
What was even more ridiculous was that I was picking up my sons Coachman Clipper 17BH for him since he couldn't get time off from work. About 20' long and 3000 lbs dry using my 12 Ram CTD CC LB. They wouldn't let me leave without a friction sway control bar for liability reasons. The gave me (son) a 6" drop stinger and a friction bar. LOL.
Talk about not even knowing a TT was behind you. I've towed heavier with my utility trailer.
Just amazes me the logic used at RV dealers.

I was hoping that was a joke. Around here the only requirement they seem to enforce is a WDH.

Trust me the only joke is me posting the pic as if it were mine. What you see is what he got. I was there over an hour or so and they were messing with his TT and Jeep the whole time. The TT is level though for whatever that counts as.
The dealer is a huge dealer and sells everything except motorhomes. I'd buy from them as they post a good price on the net. I however wouldn't trust them to set up my new purchase.

Right, I meant that it was a post about someone else and not you being proud of that. lol.
I believe the WDH is law for any TT over 3k lbs in GA.

it should be a good TV for years to come. Just get your WDH dialed in. Btw, good choice on brands.

Sold my 2008 Forest River Flagstaff MAC _ LTD 206BH Trailer , (kept the Ford Edge)
and got a real nice 2007 Keystone Outback 18RS 20' trailer,
and this to tow it with:
2014 RAM 1500 SLT Quad Cab 4X4 with a 395 hp, 410 torque, 5.7L HEMI, 8 speed trans, rear ratio of 3.92 with 49K miles
I got a LOT of tips, advice and help from members getting this truck in another thread. Thanks to all that helped me!

Ready For Spring
Ready for Mother Nature to give us a break. 4 inches of snow here last night. 1st camping trip only 4 weeks away. Our TV is a 2016 GMC 2500HD Duramax. 5er is a 2018 Sprinter 334FWFLS. Spent February in Florida panhandle, should have stayed longer. 🙄
