2015 Chevy 2500 6.0 Gas

Upgraded from a 1997 Dodge 2500 diesel, what an improvement!

We dubbed our used 2010 Chevy 15-Passenger Express "The Titanic". I stay out of the North Atlantic.

It was originally a government vehicle that we bought with 108,000 miles in 2013. We take out the back seat for luggage (saves 120lbs). Weight with full tank of gas and me in the driver's seat 6760lbs.

Always a sad day when we have to put it away for the season.

Thanks

Only has 3300 miles on it so far .
The 2012 5.7 best tow mileage was 9 mpg towing my 2014 Cougar 28 RLS .
Had to take RV in for warranty work @ another dealer located North of Houston from the coast( Approx.100 mile tow) 11.5 MPG towing .
The best I could get with mixed city/hwy was 15.3 with the 5.7 .(not towing)
With the 6.4 same driving style I am getting 17.5 so far ,
What a difference between the 5.7 & 6.4 .
With camper loaded with all my gear I am probably @ 7500 to 8000 lbs. loaded .
The 5 .7 towed well but it sure knew the load was back there . The 6.4 doesn't even breathe hard .
The integrated brake controller works really well compared to the Aftermarket controller on the 2012 . The suspension is a lot better on the 2015 & the ECO mode works great

Picked this up about two weeks ago. Amazing how much better a 5er pulls than a bumper pull. 2011 Cougar 322QBS.
