Lee, There's nothing wrong with that truck. It's a classic and seeing your picture brings back some fond memories. Thanks for posting.

Awesome truck, I put 500,000 k on mine when I had it and never once was it in the shop. It had the inline 6, 4 speed and it took me camping on many week long trips up the mountains and I really wish that I never sold it.
I used it to tow my portable sawmill and the trailers for the bobcats.

Nice .... when trucks were trucks. Ahhh wing windows, door mounted mirrors, rain gutters and you did not have to take a mortgage to buy one. (only to feed it) 390 was a great engine and I'm not a ford guy.

Thanks, it's a beast for sure. I'm just glad to have the extra safety margin with the 5er now. I was at around 8% with the 2008 F350, now I'm in the 40ish% range :-) Now to start accessorizing... :-)

I feel the same way with my F550. Now I wish I had the 6 speed tranny and the power of that 6.7

Swapped out the 12 for a 14. Same color outside but finally got my beige leather vs black, (the only color leather available in 2012).

Here's my 2013 Sierra 4.8 with 3.23 rear end. I love the truck but wish it had a higher rear end. That would give me an extra 2000 lbs in capacity.

Owned a Tundra.....quick question....how can you be within payload limits with tongue weight and weight of that dirt bike plus tank of gas, people and stuff? I had a 2011 dmall 8 cylinder and a 2012 Tundra 5.7 L big 8 cylinder with just the tongue wgt of trailer and exceeded payload. Acted squirrelly often......floated to one side and was erratic over decent bumps.

Maybe I overlooked something when I had my Tundra.
