I like that bumper rack, how much was it, how much weight can it carry and what's the install process? I have a Springdale 240bh, which I think is almost exactly like yours.

That is the standard pull-out unit found on many Keystones. It's one of their trademark features. This particular one came off another Keystone. The OP did state in a later post that he bought the rack, private sale from another Keystone owner, and then custom fabricated the parts needed to fasten it securely to the frame of his rig. I am pretty sure that it had to be carefully removed from its original location, too.

The bumper pull-out rack comes with a sticker on it stating a 200# limit. That topic has been chewed on here many times before. If you want to read more on that subject, use the search function.

I don't know if you can purchase the rack and rails separately from a trailer. That would be a question for your Keystone dealer. I would point out that adding one to an existing trailer will require some expertise at that kind of work (welding and fabricating metal.) If you can get one from Keystone, your dealer may be willing to install it.

I purchased it used from campy.. You can buy them new from lippert but they are pricey. I have found that a lot of people didn't care for them, sure there is others for sale, we will use it quite often.. The brackets wasn't bad, only problem is it was wider than my frame rails. I will post more pictures tomorrow for anyone interested.

You can get vents off amazon they swivel and actually close also, the original duct in the ceiling actually goes all the way into bathroom, I cut a new vent in the bathroom to give me acces to run the others, I took the wall behind the toilet loose and ran foam throught the wall for duct, and took foam sheet and glued it in rectangle to run from bathroom vent to the wall for bunks, took me about 3 hours,I then sealed the wall when I reinstalled it, pretty good airflow and kids can turn it off if the want, it works nice for Ac and for heat because we have the resistive heat in our ac
