Hydraulic pump motor

Has anyone replaced the hydraulic pump motor on their fiver? Mine is pulling excessive amps and tripping the mini breaker. It is still under warranty but Keystone is dragging it's feet on getting the part number to dealer. If I had one I would just do it myself.

I haven't had one apart but I heard Keystone has had some issues with them and have changed pump manufacturers. Good Luck. Happy Campin.........Ron

I would check to make sure that all the wire connections are tight. I have rebuilt the hydraulic pump on an older 5TH wheel.
The large slide-out was creeping out. Rebuilt the pump the problem stopped. So check all the wire connections. A lose wire
can cause a fuse to blow.

I am getting the pump motor replaced this coming week. Hoping the replacement last longer than the original. This has drug out for almost a month waiting on CW and Keystone to get parts in and schedule the repair.

I would still like to tear a pump down and also a level up jack they say you cannot get a repair kit for as Keytone and Lippert says there is no repair kit available, how did they build them in the first place, I say bull, they are rebuildable......Hope all work out for you, keep us posted. Oh bth a new 14k Lippert jack is $360.00 before tax and freight.........Ron
