Slide squeaks

I have a 2012 Montana 3150RL, under warranty. Two dealers have looked at this so far, without being able to resolve. The large living room slide squeaks when it is extending or retracting. There is an obvious metal-on-metal rotational noise, like it is rubbing at one point, once per revolution, and sometimes a different sort of squeak / rubbing noise in between, but also sounds like metal on metal.

Both dealers lubed it, one with dry silicone spray and one with lithium grease, despite both the Keystone and the LCI owners manuals saying that lubrication was not necessary. That quieted the noise a bit each time, but did not eliminate it and it continues to get louder with each movement of the slide. And the lubrication comes off onto the carpet when the slide is retracted, leaving a black streak.

The other two slides don't squeak, and this one didn't squeak for the first two months that we had it.

Any help is appreciated. The dealers seem never to have heard of such a thing before.
