16 K Reese hitch maintenance

What kind of maintenance can be done the hitch, I often read on this forum about maintenance being performed.

I use a Teflon disk and, aside from greasing at the big center pin, I don’t see what else I could do. I would have to dis-assemble in order to grease the other pivot points.

The center pivot pin can be withdrawn and lubed without disassembling the hitch (at least it can on my Reese 16k) and I do that about once a year. Other than that and the kingpin I don't think there is anything else to be done.
