Is this Normal? Front Dent

While driving home from VA last weekend i noticed what appeared to be a dent in the top of the front panel above the light. I thought it was due to the wind but its still there so i'm trying to find out if its normal. If i push against the area it feels soft and gives the other side of the trailer appears to be solid.
Thoughts?

And Thanks.

No that is not normal. You should have the dealer look at that right away.

The Dealer (FlaggRV) is submitting the paper work to Keystone to get the Front panel replaced.

Our Sprinter had the same issue. What ours ended up being was that when they installed the front glass it did not over lap the plywood on the roof enough and it created the "dent" where it didn't over lap. The dealer replaced the front glass with a bigger piece and that solved the problem. Ours even started to leak when it rained or when we washed the trailer. Our "dent" was a lot larger then yours. Ours covered probably a 3rd of the width of the front glass right in the middle. I thought ours was from the wind to so didn't really worry to much about it till it started to leak.
