Front "hitch" lights

I have a 2017 Avalanche 331RE and the front hitch lights are on. WHERE IS THE SWITCH TO TURN THEM OFF????

If you turned them on with the remote, you'll need to turn them off with the remote. There should be a switch either on the front "underhang" or inside the front compartment. That switch will likely be inoperative if the remote was used. It's a "safety lockout system" to prevent two functions from operating one circuit.

My switch for the hitch is in the interior cabinet with the other controls and switches. Not very convenient but that's where it is in our rig.

Bought it used, no remote. Looked under the overhang, inside the front compartment and the inside switch cabinet. No luck.

It's a long shot, but possibly on the roof part of the propane compartment ????

Our switch is in the hydraulic/battery compartment, on the panel above the main circuit breakers.

Hope this helps!

As a side note:
Unfortunate that you did not get the Remote with your purchase.
We find our remote very valuable, likely worthwhile sourcing a replacement from a dealer.
Our remote has multiple functions:
Operates each of the three pull outs
Operates the electric awning
Operates the front landing gear (great feature when hocking up
Operates front lights.
Of course the interior panel has the similar functions.

My switch is in the battery compartment, near the cut off. Simple rocker switch mounted to the wall between that compartment and the storage area.
