iN-Command not turning on

Im hoping y’all can help me, because I’m having more dang issues with a brand new trailer that hasn’t even been out yet. First the radio fried out when it wasn’t even on, and now I cannot turn on my iN-Command system. I’ve held down the on button multiple times for extend periods of time with no luck. I also can not connect to it through the app. I’m completely plugged into power, with other things working (lights, microwave, ect). The fastest the dealership can get me in for an appointment is almost 2 months out, and I would really like to take it out before winter. Is there an easy fix for this, or with my other electric issues, am I possibly looking at a much bigger problem? Thank you in advance for all your help, it’s extremely aggravating to be so reliant on one piece of equipment, that controls so much.

Could be a fuse problem.
Open up the BC (the big pod in your pass-thru or wherever). There should be at least one red LED glowing. If there isn't, check out your main fuse panel.

There is one that is red, when I went to replace the fuse it sparked and blew it again. The power was off.

I assume from context that you found the red LED but it was off.
If you have electrician chops, you need to find the short in that DC circuit that is blowing the fuse.
First job would be to detach and isolate the main +12V feed wire from the BC, replace the fuse, and see if it blows again (you may run through a number of fuses before you find this). That will tell you whether the short is in the BC or in your cabin wiring. The BC wiring diagram is available at in-command.net under whatever model you have.

Ditto on that! Their site has all the manuals for downloading. Once it is working, if you are close enough to your wi-fi log into it and then use "OTA" to update the files. Lots easier than the usb drive method.
