Carlo: First, check to see if there is a manual for the awning. Most of them contain some kind of method for retracting the awning manually. One way is to connect a battery directly up to the awning motor bypassing the internal electrical and switch. That way if it still doesn’t work, you know it’s the awning motor itself.
