Water Pump on/off switch problem

The switch for my water pump, in the system monitor, will occasionally not turn on the pump. Because I can switch it on and off a couple of times (red light flickers) and it will work leads me to assume it is a bad connection or switch failure. I have not yet taken the system monitor off to check but thought I would ask for any tips or ideas before starting.

as new as your RV is, it's probably the spade plugs on the switch not making good contact. Remove the two #2 square drive screws from the panel, the switch is right there and just wiggle the spade connectors. That should do it. Just remember to check the crimps to make sure they are tight and don't pull the panel out too far, you've got about 30 very small gage wires connected to the back side. Don't worry about pulling them out, just don't go overboard
