Awning

Sorry no they told us over the phone while in for some repairs...that is another thing altogether they have had our camper since 4/26 and it is now 5/18. The main issue is the warranty people, our hydraulic pump burned out. It is not a year old yet??? Hope all turns out well soon.

If it is just the edge roll end coming out of the rear rail track mount this is easy to fix... the issue that is causing this .. if this is your case is the awning rope has shrunk inside the edge roll where it installs in the rear rail and there is noting holding the material inside ... a GOOD RV shop can fix this issue in about 15 minutes...

Replacing the Lippert hyd pump motor is about a 30 minute job as well...

Easy fix for awning loop pulling out of rear rail .....

Thanks Chuck,

We were able to get the front end back inplace but couldn't get it pushed/pulled to the back the last 3-4".
The Al rod will solve that.

What did you do to keep the rod from sliding out?

Nice. Ours new to us 2017 had a foot and a half out of the track. Sounds much easier & cheaper than I was expecting (new awning material). Will have to try that.
