Battery voltage
Does anybody know what the battery voltage should be with the rv plugged in to shore power? I don't think the converter is charging the battery. Thank you

Disconnect the shore power, remove the battery cables and make sure the positive cable doesn't touch the frame. Reconnect shore power then check the voltage at the battery cables. If the battery is connected you could get a false reading if the battery has a bad cell. A defective battery will not accept a full cherge either,
