240urs tv

I have a 2016 240urs which I love, but I have never been able to get cable to work. I hook it up to the outside coaxial adapter located near the rear bumper, and nothing . No matter what I seem to try I cant get it to work. I have tried the booster button in the ceiling of the bedroom. Anyone else solve this problem?? Thanks

Not trying to be smart but did you set the tv to cable instead of antenna?

First step is run it through the window and connect directly. If it functions, work backwards to where the problem exists.

Booster off, setup menu on the tv set to "cable", then "auto scan channels", if this doesn't work you have issues with the cable system on your RV.

Thanks for the suggestions. I will double check everything this weekend and hopefully figure it out before next trip...

We had a problem with ours in that the TV worked in the bedroom but not in the living room. Had to fish the cable out of the ceiling to learn that one of the connectors was loose/broke. PITA but works now.
