Ground clearance Lipper jacks
Just picked up our 2014 Keystone Alpine 3600 RS, I noticed on the way home after a stop that the front jacks are very low to the ground when retracted. Has anyone had any problem with ground clearance while traveling? Can the front jack mounts be raised to help with this problem?

The front gear has two parts, the moving (upper) part and the "pinned in place" (lower) part. Often the dealerships will lower the upper part to near it's lower travel position and then use the pin to get the landing gear to reach the ground. That way they don't have to use their "portable battery power setup" as much when they move the trailer and need it raised higher.
Go look carefully at your landing gear, You'll see the "outside part" that moves electrically. Hitch your truck, use the switch and move that part up to about 3" below the upper support beam. Then use the pinned lower part to reach the ground. That way, when you hitch, the electrically driven part will be higher into the RV and you can raise the lower section using the pin to give you more clearance to the ground.

Thanks for your reply, I am aware of this type jack however I have the Lipper Auto level system and they do not have the pined in place lower part.

Ahhhhh, I don't know enough about that system to offer any advice. Hopefully someone who has it installed will have the answers you need.....

On our fuzion its 16" to the bottom of the jack.
I know on ours you can move it up a good 2" or more but lot of unbolting to do

I have the lippert system on my Redwood yes all six are adjustable, they have numerous holes really close together if you want to raise them just unbolt and move up but keep in mind if you have a sloped driveway or a campsite that slopes to the front you may need blocks to put under the front jacks as you will lose some travel. Mine are a lot higher that the fuzion in the picture mine are probably a couple of inches lower than the body.

We to have the auto leveling jack system on our Raptor, our Raptor is alittle nose heavy with the 5500 watt generator up front( tounge wght 3400lbs) so I had to install air bags on our TV to rise it enough for the landing legs to not drag.

They came that way from the dealer but when I park it in my driveway which is sloped quite a bit I have to use blocks underneath them they run out of travel. I could lower them but then would have to worry about them bottoming out so I just carry a few blocks with me.

I have came close to bottoming out a few time's and by luck did not.
I still carry a few blocks with us so I may this summer see if I can move them up a few holes.

I thought mine were a little low when I got it. I raised it one notch (about 2 in.) and it made a world of difference. Works great and never had a problem. Be sure to torque the bolts correctly and check them after several trips. Their #8 bolts and needs a lot of torque, don't remember the exact number, your instructions will tell you.

Thanks will do I wonder if a tad bit of Loctite blue would help ?

When we picked up our Raptor no one noticed until I was pulling out of the campground the next day, I got out to dump the trash and one of the front landing gear was maybe an inch or so off the ground. I had made sure to run the gear all the way up, so I stood there looking at it scratching my head and compared it to the other side. The other side looked normal. Thankfully I was 10 minutes from the dealer and headed right back over there. Turns out, from the factory, they put the one landing gear on two holes lower than all the rest. Thankfully I didn't tear it off. When they pulled it into their garage it just barely made it over the lip of the concrete, it was really close. I can't believe no one noticed it, but I guess whenever we were really looking at it it was sitting on the ground, not hitched up. What I really can't believe is it made it all the way from the factory without issue. So much for quality QC.
