Replacing Storage Door Seals

I have a seal that is falling off (or coming unglued)at one of my luggage/storage doors and allows water in when I wash my TT. Anyone ever replaced the factory seals with better ones than what Keystone installs? The factor seals seem thin and of poor quality and do not really appear to keep water out.
