Maxxair Kitchen Fan, Wont open or run

All, My Maxxair fan won't open or start. I assumed it might me wiring so I checked. If I manually open the cover and then re attach the wires it will close. But I can't get it to do anything else. Any Thoughts?

Thanks

There is a button switch that sticks up on the hinge side. Open the vent all the way, get up on the roof and see if it’s sticking.

I was able to manual open the the cover by rotating the handle from the inside. After That all it will do is close and no fan

The switch sticking up activates the fan.

No button switch on this one. Fan and cover controls are on a control box near front door. Roof was just replaced so maybe something broke when it was re-installed

Ok, looking around the web I see a phone line runs from the control pad to the fan. I saw that phone line in the roof and it was not connected. Anybody know where the connection plugs in on the fan

Take the trim ring off inside, the phone line plugs in at the back corner on the right side if your facing the front of the trailer.
