Now that you have exercised it. I wonder if it would be a good idea to put a strap around it while traveling in case that plastic fitting loosens up? May not be necessary but keep an eye on it as far as how hard it is to secure it again
I don’t think I would try to lubricate it in case it pops off while traveling

For the next month or so you’ll be swinging the tv out and aiming it in all directions whether someone needs to see better or not

That is identical to mine. I loosened the bolts a bit to make it easier to adjust. Just remember to push the set back to the wall when traveling. The clip will hold it. You can feel it engage.

Just tension with the plastic hook. I would keep an eye on that over time as you extend and replace the TV. I figure the plastic will fatigue and lose its strength.

I have a similar mount. It has to be raised up and tipped forward from the top. WARNING do not do this alone TV is very heavy and awkward

That TV pulls straight out on an articulating arm. See the swivel hinge arms?

It enables you move it out and adjust for better viewing angle.

Yep I have the exact same thing. It is really stiff and we move ours around quite often. It has never come loose during travel. Really pretty secure.
