Thanks for all of the good suggestions. I ran the power from the battery-using the existing tubing-to the pass thru wall (next to the auto-leveling controller) where I mounted the repeater. I followed JRTJH's suggestion and put in a switch so I wouldn't be drawing down the battery when I didn't need the system on. It's all right next to the leveling system controller, so it is part of that checklist routine now.
