You cant make this crap up!
We must be very lucky because we have had the opportunity to experience the Keystone cracked frame issue not once but twice. Keystone said they could repair it the 2nd time and I refused that so they offered to exchange our 2017 Fuzion 417 with a 2021 Fuzion 419.
Right away they sent over a non disclosure agreement and wanted us to "contribute" $15,000, plus pay the sales tax on the new trailer. The lady that is running point for the deal, Michelle Diaz is a real winner and refused to give me the price of the new trailer and also refused to tell me the value of my trailer.
I asked the question of what is being done different on the 2021 model that will prevent the frame cracking on it and 1 week later I got some generic response and another request to sign the non disclosure agreement.
The reason I asked is because I know of 2 people with 2021 Fuzion 419's with the same cracked frame issue within the first 6 months of ownership.
How can you keep selling the same product that is defective year after year?
The frames are supplied to Keystone by Lippert and both companies are aware of the issues but do not do anything to eliminate the problem.
Shame on you Keystone!!
