Just use Scotts RV. It's soft like regular. We were able to get it at Walmart throughout the pandemic. You won't have to worry about your black tank.

If it's sold in the stores, it's OK for your camper. Regardless of the brand, you still need to flush the black tank with plenty of water.

However, if you get a Bidet, you don't need toilet paper at all. And on winter mornings, it's a fantastic wake-me-up! Better than coffee!
