Electric shock

We are on the road and staying at our 4th park with hookups. At this park I notice I get a tingle when reaching for the door handle. Like a shock you get when walking across carpet.

I tested outlets in trailer with 3 prong tester and are good. Tested 20 amp plug on pedestal and it's good (plugged into 30 amp)

Also does not happen all the time just once in a while. Any thoughts?
