Trying to figure these out
A total newbie here but I know what the two on the right are for but I don't know what that third handle is on the left. It has a different kind of pull than the rest any help would be appreciated. It's on a 2007 keystone Laredo RL

Can you post a picture of it, by the label it’s a cap on the drain.

Are there 3 pull handle valves under there, where we can't see? Or only 2?

Laying on your back and looking under the skirting with a flashlight hasn't revealed anything?

Those labels sure do have zero-quality information on them. Black and gray water are both "waste," Amos.

Here is a few more pics
Here's some more pictures I'm going to need to replace that one on the left so I'll be getting into the underbelly because it doesn't open or close

So it looks like the valve handles aren't even in the immediate vicinity of the outlet pipe? That's pretty unusual.
My next guess would be that you have one black and two gray tanks, and all their valve pulls are gathered in that spot. So it sounds like your black valve or cable is stuck.

I have. 2018 Montana HC 380 and it has three valve handles. The black handle by the back wheel drains the black tank. The other two silver handle drain the bathroom and kitchen grey tanks. The grey tanks both drain out a single pipe that is under the kitchen slideout. My first time attempting to dump all the tanks I couldn’t figure out how to dump the bathroom grey thinking it was tied into the black line. Finally traced piping up to the kitchen pipe. Good luck.

If the left hand one is indeed a handle, then it's probably a "Final Output" valve for the sewer port. Your Gray water and Black water both dump into a common pipe, each having their own valve, then there must be one more on the actual output pipe, just before your dump hose. (which can actually be a good thing)!
