I ended up going with the Victron BMV 700. The install went fairly smoothly. The only challenging parts were running the data cable from the tongue of the trailer to the display location and finding a waterproof box to put the shunt in. I had to take some cabinets apart to run the data cable but nothing too strenuous. I’m happy with it so far, I’m looking forward to doing some boondocking and seeing what the batteries are capable of.
