No cooling in the fridge or freezer, the light inside comes on. All other outlets that run on solar are working. Not sure where to even start...help!!

Welcome to the forum

If your fridge is 12V, it operates on battery power. The solar only charges the battery(s) as long as it is working. What model fridge?

Do you have a battery connected to the solar system with the battery cutoff switch turned to provide power to the trailer systems? The solar system won't provide enough power to run the refrigerator by itself. You must have a battery connected to the refrigerator to power it. The solar system is only used to recharge the battery.

I think we need some clarification to start. You mention “all other outlets that run on solar are working”. What outlets? Are you off-grid or plugged into shore power? What SolarFlex package do you have? What is different now with your setup than when it last worked correctly?

There are several outlets and lights that run when not connected to shore power or generator. The refrigerator is designed to run this way.
There are several designated outlets that work when you have an inverter installed , which I do not.
The fridge just stopped working, the light did not come on at first but it does now when you open the door.

The main question is are you plugged into shore power or not? What's the total setup, i.e. are you boondocking? If you're running off grid how long has it been since you were plugged into shore power? Is the trailer in the shade or has it been cloudy continuously where its at? These are all factors that can effect the solar panels ability to charge the battery.

What type battery is installed? Have you checked the condition and state of charge of the battery?
