Keystone cougar inverter recommendations

I have a brand new 2022 cougar 25res. Looking for inverter recommendations that have an automatic switch. I’m thinking 2000w and not planning on Boondocking for extended periods.
Battery power ,
2 Renogy 100 amp/hour. Batteries

i have a xantrex 2000…pretty reputable brand and seems pretty good so far.

i purchased mine from don rowe,and all of the supporting wires and accessories…they were the only one who actually had it during the pandemic…i ordered from another site who took my money then said it was back ordered …don rowe customer service recommended my system requirements

also might want to look at the remote panel option and the inverter mounted gfci option as well…gives you a receptacle in the inverter location and the remote saves you from having to access the storage area to turn unit off and on and monitor your energy usage

Like jasin1, I have xantrex. Which I just bought through amazon (I believe) and since supply was difficult I bought it too quick and instead of getting the freedom 2000 I got the freedom xc. Do NOT make this mistake!

xc means that it is additionally a charger. I thought you would be able to turn off the charging capability and you can NOT.

Install a 20A transfer switch (not use the one internal to the inverter) and manually turn the inverter when needed.

Thx, does the manual transfer switch shut off the power to the inverter? I can’t see leaving it on all the time. Probably be on shore power 90%
