Puck Lights w/Remote?

Hi All:

We bought an Atlas 3172 RLKB last June and haven’t had much time in it yet; that will be changing soon.

Anyway, it has puck lights in multiple places that are controlled by the button on the light. They are way too bright as others have commented. I was wondering if anybody had an suggestions on how and what to replace them with. if they had a wall mounted switch no problem. I was hopping for some kind of puck light with a remote so I could have some control with out having to reach up (just being lazy). Plan B: replace them with dimmable ones.

Will continue looking through the forum to see if I can find suggestions and am interested in any ideas.
Thanks!

You might try these. Says they are available in three different brightness colors. https://m4products.com/4-1-4-round-f...tural-or-warm/

You might be able to remove them and replace them with LED strip lights that have remotes. If you go "fancy" you could get them that change color. It's an alternative, something to think about????

If you're looking for a cheap, reversible way to dim the lights, maybe try a piece of "tint film" used to tint automobile windows ???

If you haven't yet spent much time in your trailer, and have the impression that the lights are "way too bright", you might want to begin by just turning on a couple of them to reduce the level of brightness, and after you've got a couple of weekend trips under your belt, then start looking at more permanent solutions. Many new owners look for improvements "without actually using the existing components" and find out after a season or two, that they "sort of liked the way it used to be"...

Your lights may not "fit that scenario" but I wouldn't make any expensive, permanent mods until you've got some time using it on a dark night while trying to fix something before making a final decision. Maybe the tint film will give you the temporary "dimness" you're looking for ?????
