Anybody have a Laredo 329RE FW?

I'm considering upgrading to a Laredo 329RE FW. It has all the features that I am looking for, including a large bathroom (a major problem for me since I am rather large), opposing slides in the living room, nice size kitchen, and a bedroom with a dresser and lots of storage. Also, I am trying to keep the weight down to something suitable for a three quarter ton TV. I have only seen pictures of this unit, since none seem to be currently available in the near vicinity. So, I was wondering how folks like this unit, and what they are towing it with?
Any help would be appreciated.

Apparently nobody else has this model. I am going to drive down to West Virginia tomorrow to look at one in person. One of my concerns is the weight of this model. The dry weight is 10800 and the GVR is 13000. The pin weight is around 1925. I have a 2011 GMC 2500HD longbed diesel. Anybody else towing this kind of weight with their 3/4 ton ?

My Laredo is almost identical in size. My 3/4 ton pulls it really well.

Just a word of caution about Keystone and weights. Our 2955RL Montana had similar brochure weights, but loaded for travel our pin weight came in at 2600 Lbs. Which is fine for a 3/4 ton as long as you have nothing else in the bed and only several light weight folks in the cab. We were using a dually so we were fine. Our current SOB has a pin weight of 3900 Lbs, again still fine with a dually.

Thanks for the info. I drove down to West Virginia today and took a look at the 329RE. It meets all the "wants" on our list, so we are probably going to order one soon. I"ll watch the weight but I feel confident in my truck. Can't wait to get it.

It's not a question of your TV pulling the weight, it's the pin weight that will get you into trouble. Cargo cap of most 250/2500s is between 2500 & 3000 Lbs which will leave you with no reserve cap for anything in the bed or cab.

We purchased a 329RE this spring and just love it. I have a 2001 Ford F250 with the 7.3 and and it tows it like a dream with no problems. We even put a trailer behind with the motorcycles and pulled fine. I think your 2011 will do just fine.

Thanks for the info. I'm glad to hear that you are enjoying your Laredo 329RE. I wasn't able to find another in that weight class that had the same features. The only missing is a fireplace! Something the DW wanted. Since I just went from a half ton to a 3/4 ton, upgrading to a 1 ton dually isn't in the cards. Course, if I had a dually, I would be looking at the more expensive and larger Alpine. Double money whammy.

I bought the laredo 329re this falland will pick it up in the spring. We wanted the fire place as well and had the dealer install one as part of the deal. It is common here as the spring and fall can be cool.
You can purchase an electric fireplace from a retailer like Home Depot and install it right under the tv in the living room. You remove the 2 cabinet doors and the shelf. The fireplace will slide right in . It looks as if it was done at the factory. My dealer loved the end result and is offering it as a dealer option now. I will get some pics in the spring when I get the trailer . Can't wait to try it out
