Solera Smart Arm Problem
Purchased 2020 Cougar 368MBI on consignment. All systems operational during presentation, however, after 30 day warranty expired, front awning stopped working via exterior controller and interior iNCommand. Removed exterior controller to find a corroded pin. Traced pin to green wire for auxiliary wind sensor (not installed). Purchased new exterior controller. It will not operate front awning but functions fine with rear awning. Swapped out motors as well to rule out that problem. I have power from camper to exterior controller. Wiring harness does not appear to be chaffed or compromised in any way. Not keen on paying $180/hr shop rates at local Keystone Dealer. Any suggestions? Chris
