Check your fuses. May be some in the breaker panel, but most likely in line fuses near the motors.

Let's clarify a bit; your stuff doesn't work if you're not plugged into AC but it works when you are plugged into shore power? Is that what's going on?

Your battery (s) are not powering your trailer. A 2009 trailer may not have a battery disconnect from the factory but a previous owner may have installed one. The first things I'd check is 1. The ground connection from the negative battery post to the frame. Typically they are affixed to the frame with a self tapping screw thru a ring terminal. That connection is prone to corrosion. If the wire inside the ring terminal is corroded replace the cable.

2. If the ground is OK then follow the positive battery until you find the auto resetting circuit breakers. They will look like a terminal block but they are circuit breakers. Do you have a meter or a 12vdc test light?

Set meter to DC volts. Place the red lead on the batter positive and the black on the battery negative. Record voltage. Then move black meter lead to a good ground point on the frame like a bolt. With red still on battery positive record voltage. The 2 readings should be identical and more than 12.5 vdc.

If that's OK then start checking the circuit breakers downstream of the battery positive cable. With the black lead on a good ground take the red lead and check each post on the circuit breaker. If you find voltage on one stud but not the other then it's defective.
