Running lights coming on by themselves

I have a 2010 27SAB 5th wheel with an unauthorized red squirrel who was attempting to take up residency in the trailer. He was in the front cover area by the PIN and has been chewing on a few wires. Luckly for me he hasn't been anywhere else and done further damage.

I found the short but pushing up on the pan to the left of the PIN if you are standing in front of the trailer. I'm curious if i can pull that back somehow from the front seam? I can see a few screws to remove but I'm hesitant to go too far not knowing how it connects to the front seam of the trailer?

Anyone had the pleasure of doing this before?

Welcome to the forum

If your talking about the bulkhead, it will be tucked up into the front cap, and screwed in place. There will also be screws down both edges. Can you open it up? Yes but it’s awkward, so figure on 2 people at least.

I appreciate the welcome!! I appreciate the information and yes, the bulkhead is what I'm after. I'm not seeing another way to access the wiring without pulling that down. I'll grab a second person and peel it back.

Thanks,
