2022 Fuzion 379

We just bought a new 379 model Fuzion. We can't figure out where the vacuum bag location is. And why no tools?I'm new here, so not sure how this works.

Welcome to the foorum and congrats on the new camper.

The vacum bag will be either inside or close to the vacuum unit itself. Have you looked in all the cabinets for the tools and packet of paperwork that should come with the trailer? The dealer should provide the bag of manuals and instruction pamphlets for every appliance in the unit. The manual for the vacuum will tell you how to change the bag. If you didn't get that during your PDI then reach out to your dealer and tell them.

I agree on the necessary tow vehichle. That's definatly a 1 ton dually trailer in my opinion, unless you had it delivered to a permanent site .

Have you checked the basement for vacuum location, if it's the Dirt Devil vacuum the lid should be exposed & just pulls off.
As for tools, shouldn't need any to change the vacuum bag, other than that not sure what tools you're looking for. The only tools my last rvs came with were a long socket type rod to lower the spare tire & an awning hook, both of those are difficult to hide.

The bag is located inside the unit itself. Slide the main cover to the side and you will find the bag. It is very small

You should also have received a bag full of vacuum accessories with your purchase. Mine were in the cabinet above the couch in the living room.

Sounds like you know from first hand but curious if the OP will know what a main cover is? If you owned one of these campers, would that be obvious? And as far as "tools", I would call vacuum stuff attachements; I was thinking he meant hammers and wrenches and such.

Put together a signature with year, make and model of your new camper as well as the same info for your tow vehicle. See UserCP at top/left in black band and make sure you save it. It will help give context for those answering your questions. Welcome!

It's pretty obvious as the vacuum only has two moving parts... the on/off switch, and the cover.

Thank you...yes we've looked everywhere. Will keep searching. Dealers says no tools supplied for this vac (???) And yes we have a Dodge 3500 duelly. The manual offered with this rig is a generic one. I found no info on vacuum. Thank you for your time and answer

Essvar has the same camper and offered first hand info on where the things are located. Did you see it?

Thank you. Our 2014 Fuzion had the bag inside the outside compartment. This one can't be seen anywhere. Our next step will be to take the face if the vacuum unit...not easy. This unit has a floor vac vent that you lift with your foot and sweep the dirt into. Why no tools is ridiculous. Thank you again.

Your dealer is not being truthful.... There should be a black mesh bag full of accessories (including multiple end attachments and the hose)

Here's the Dirt Devil parts list of what's in the box from the factory. If the dealer is telling you it's not included from Keystone, contact Keystone to confirm the dealer's "untruth"... I think you'll find that you're supposed to have all the accessories, from a long hose, hand/floor wand, floor/carpet tools, dust brush and crevice tool. Someone at your "stealership" isn't be honest with you.

You might use this "experience with the dealership" as a learning tool for how to approach them and trust them in any future interactions.....

Thank you so much in your efforts to help me out. We read the reviews on this dealership AFTER our deal was sealed. They are living up to their 2 and a half stars in our opinion .

The bag is behind the tab that covers the hose connection. There is a spring tab there.
