My Dometic fridg is way too cold. Is-there a way to adjust it.

There should be a white plastic clip attached to the cooling fins with a wire on it. Moving the clip toward the top of the fins will make your fridge warmer.

According to the posted photo it's just the opposite?

You are correct. Moving the clip up will make it colder. Sorry for that!
