2020 Cougar 24RDS TV connection

We seem to not be able to get any channels when we using our antenna. We follow directions to do a channel search...and no channels are found. Could our cables behind TV be incorrectly hooked up? Could cables to antenna be disconnected, if so how do we fix that? Any help would be greatly appreciated. (I think it did work at some point in beginning)

Your trailer has KeyTV, so the first thing to do is make sure the module is powered. It’s most likely in the convenience center and there will be a blue LED lit if it does have power.

Then using the tv remote make sure the input is set to AIR or ANTENNA and do another scan. Post your results.

Thank you. Checked and we have a blue light. Maybe we have somehow messed up the cords for the TV. Will take picture..later and send to thread.

Followed YouTube directions multiple times

Thank you for sending YouTube info. We have had a blue light continually and have checked wire hookups to catv/ant and have not hooked up cable as campground does not have cable service. It has been suggested that we open the control center box and see if any attached wires have loosened. That's our next step; but we are home and camper in storage again.
PS. .we noticed many campers in the campground with their antennas cranked high up ...maybe our covered antenna just too low to pick up air signals.

Some omnidirectional antennas don’t do well based on terrain and placement on the roof. Do you know which antenna you have?
