Hi We haven't picked up our RV yet (Summerland 2200mb) yet but I want to have a TPMS ready to install for the trip home. I spotted tireminder online, but I am not sure which one to get ( tireminder or other) I am hoping to keep under $200, but I want something I can rely on. Does anyone have any suggestions on any specific type / brand / model? I would reallyappreciate any information you could give. Thanks so much for your help so far.

Just bought TireMinder55B for my hideout 177LHS, single axel costs around $120.00 or so, Got good reviews. The money tree has not started growing money yet this spring, so went with what the budget is telling me. Confident it will work when i go pick up my trailer form storage in a few weeks..peace of mind also...

I have a TST 507 (if I recall). Works fine. Think it was $259 for 4 sensors, which is all I need. I use the truck TPMS for it. Others use the TireMinder and probably other brands as well. From what I've read seems like the TST product and TireMinder are well liked by their users.

I also have a TST 507. I chose to get a 6 sensor pack. Four for the camper, one for the camper spare and one for the truck spare. I also purchased metal valve stems for my Sendel wheels. Link here: https://www.grainger.com/product/33W...170411172207:s

So far I'm very pleased! I did hardware it into my trucks fuse box using an add-a-circuit thing. Turns on when I start the truck and turns off when I turn off the key. Works like a charm!

This is what I have as well...8 sensors, 4 for the trailer and 4 for the rear tires on the dually. Not worried about the front, I'll know when they go down.

The daily big plus for me is not having to check tire pressure with a gauge. Makes the morning "preflight" much simpler.

I just bought the Tire Tracker 500 with 10 sensors

: 4 truck, 4 trailer and each of the spares. Don't have it installed yet. I was going back and forth between TT-500 and the TST-507.

I like the flow through concept with the TST-507, but after 75K on the truck tires and 10K on the Trailer tires, I have yet to put air in them while on the road. I don't plan to keep them on the units while not towing. I'm not full time retired yet so trips are limited to 2 weeks so far.

The systems functionally are almost identical. The clincher for me was the life time warranty on the TT-500. It was also about $60 cheaper @10 sensors and range extender.

Did some emailing with tech support and exchanged many emails in the same day. Very helpful. I brought the metal value stem and they said wasn't required, just recommend. American Tire that does my tires say their rubber value stems will handle 80# torque and will not have a problem with the senor on it. They give me metal if I want but don't see the need.

The senors on the spares might be over kill, but I know how often I've been on the road and had forgotten to check them

, especially the truck spare which is hard to get access to. Also got the range extender, which was $20 off if you get it with the order. The 5er is 37' so probably don't need it, but was cheap enough, thought I would just do it. Last thing I want is false alerts because then you begin to ignore yet. We ignore the Ford OEM TPMS when towing because it will go off after several hours of towing, but have never had an issue with the tire pressure. Even the dealer service center says they aren't very reliable, just have to be there to satisfy the law, not for safety.
