Furnace is not working

Hi all.
Our furnace is not working. Should I pull the board and have checked at the dealer or wait till we get back and take the trailer to the dealer?
Water heater fires up, so I don't think it's a propane leak.
Thanks from cold Asheville. ☺

There are a number of reasons why your furnace "is not working" - a faulty circuit board may be one of the them. I'd take your trailer to the dealer since there may be some other reason - other than the circuit board - why the furnace isn't working. If the dealer checks the board out (without having the furnace there) and finds it is okay, then you would have to bring your TT in.

If your TT is still under warranty and you pull the board, there is a chance that the warranty may be voided by you removing it. It could be seen as an attempt to repair the board. Not likely, but possible.

If it's the trailer in sig (2011) then it's probably not covered under warranty unless you have an extended plan.

As Festus said, there can be a number of different causes. What exactly does the furnace do when you set the thermostat to heat?
