So, you have diesel cans for sale????

If I could figure out how to do this and still keep my canopy, I would. But I like the canopy too much so I have 2 yellow cans for when I need them.

Out of curiosity, how tall is your tank from bottom to the top of the fill cap? Over all height.

Thanks

yes I do all 4 LOL we are very pleased with the new tank it will make travel much easier not having to drag cans in and out of the box. I wonder how hard it would be to plumb in a tank filler in the side of your canopy?

I have a RDS 75 gal L shaped tank with mount tool box, works and looks great, have it with aux pump, so I can fuel tractor also, gives me about 900 miles of travel with trailer and 1300 without.

I had the stock 2014 F250 26 gallon fuel tank replaced with a Titan 50 gallon. Since we are only a 7 hour drive from Titan's offices in Idaho Falls, we drove the distance and they did the install in 3 hours. Met many of the great people at Titan and they all were very friendly and willing to assist me during my wait. Took the F250 to the Idaho Falls Ford dealer and they reset the computer to recognize the 50 gallon tank - cost $25. I had 837 miles to empty when I filled up the 50 gallon.

Highly recommend Titan Fuel Tanks.

Oh yea, get the optional skid plate, well worth the money considering all the debris on the roadway.

I planned on putting in a 95 gal L tank from RDS, but picked up a 66 gal wedge ATTA tank used on Craigslist for half price, couldn't pass it up. I installed it in about 2 hours, including a pump with a dash toggle switch. Love having over 100 gallons of fuel available for me. I can now get almost 2000 miles empty and 1000 loaded. When I'm transporting I run about 4,000 miles per week. What used to be 8-10 fuel stops is now 3. The best part though is planning the trip ahead of time and figuring out where I can get fuel the cheapest. The last trip I saved about $50 on fuel over other trips when I didn't have the options of where I could stop.

They have to be plumbed into your existing tank (at least that is what I was told).
Transfer Flow Here!! Mine is plumbed into my main tank, not sure how else you would plumb it??

This is expensive to have done. The 50 and 37 gallon transfer Flo options are $2300 installed.

For a gravity feed in the truck bed? There are a lot of them for less than $1,000. Add three hours labor and you should be less than $1,500.
Unless I'm missing something........
I would do it but I'm mulling over a truck camper. I'm looking at those Walmart auxiliary tanks. 5 gallons for $25.

I bought this about a year ago. If we are at a slight angle it will actually hold 46 gallons. Start to finish the installation took an hour and fifteen minutes. The tool box on top of course took about ten minutes. Cost a year ago was 399, now a little higher. The install kit is about $35 or so. Easy-peasy if you ask me. No switching, no problems. When the big tank runs dry then the fuel gauge will start to go down and show the regular tank. http://www.northerntool.com/shop/too...uxiliary-tanks

At roughly 7.5 lbs per gallon for diesel, I've run the numbers and an aux tank would push me over on GCVWR, if I recall.

Me, too. 35 gal with a yellow, 5 gal aux tank is enough for my purposes.
