Bathroom windows

We have a 19RBPR and it has a bathroom window, we love it because it lends to lighten our coach even more with extra light. We have been looking around at the possibility of moving to a larger unit but notice none have the bathroom window even in the newer 19's. Any viable reason to omit this window? Do most RVer's not like it? Just wondering

Most RV's have a skylight over the tub/shower and a vent fan with a translucent cover. Usually there's "too much" light (heat) transmitted during the summer. We haven't had a window in the bathroom since our Airstream and until reading your post, hadn't given it much thought. We've never missed not having the window.

Our Premier does not have a skylight as we have the higher ceiling and the extra head room is not needed in the tub. Our fan is overhead in the tub. We do have a window in the door with frosted glass. Even with the frosted glass, knowing people cannot see in, it is weird as at night they can see shadows when people are in the bathroom. If there was no window, it would be fine with me. The bathroom door to the camper is always closet so the light from the window does not really add anything other than we might not need to turn the light on during the day to use the bathroom.

They stopped putting the bathroom window in the 19FBPR after 2013. We drove literally a thousand miles out of our way (from Myrtle Beach SC to Lansing MI) to purchase one of the last new 2013s. The 2014s were already being sold, but we wanted that window (and we love it).
