Removing Black Streaks from Plastic Skirting

I've been able to remove the black streaks from the fiberglass portion of my TT, but for the life of me I can't get them off the plastic skirting around the bottom of the TT. Suggestions?

If the plastic has become stained, rather than just dirty, it is nearly impossible to fix by merely cleaning. You may try some deep cleaning / wax combination (like Maguire's or Mothers).

Camping world sells a product called 'Black streak remover' and we love it. Works great & it's simple, just spray, scrub & rinse!

Scrubbing bubbles with bleach. Heard about this on another forum. I tried it and it worked great. Used it on the plastic parts, awning and also black streaks.
