I am having mine replaced right now. On one awning about 1/2 the strip is out and on the second the lights are starting to go so I am having them replace them as well.
It almost seems that they are not weather tolerant.

I am just in the process of the dealer getting me a replacement set before warranty runs out on ours. Not sure I will install them yet, as stupid as it looks with some out. But from what I hear it will keep happening.

I do not have them myself but our camping friends have them. The ones that came from the factory only one light would come on and the second set is gone now as well. Their dealer is replacing them with a product called RVbrite and not going back to the factory ones due to quality issues.

They do not own a Keystone but a Forest River and I think they are all made by Thor. I know when we compare certain components on my sprinter they are the same.

I have the RV Brite lights, most will run from the price! But they are a quality product and far superior to a lot of the junk out there.

We have them on our awnings. We have had ours for a little over a year. We used ours almost every weekend last year and have not had any problems yet.

My back awning lights were messed up when we took delivery of the trailer.... Dealer is installing them this week.... looks like this will be an ongoing issue.... I sure hate to know this.... They look so good.

Me Too

We have a 381 Fuzion and have had the Dealer replace the awning lights for both awnings as some of the lights were out. Another thing that was wrong with one of our awnings was the wire for the motor got pinched and our awning would not retract. it took me over two hours to figure out the fuse was located behind the wall in the cubby. One would think they would put the fuse in the fuse box! So far no problems this year.
