Today while handling the monitor to my system, I felt a snap inside the case. To my surprise, the antennae broke loose inside the unit, thus not permitting it to receive a signal. Fully prepared to ship mine back for repairs or to buy a new monitor, I called the manufacturer. When I told the lady on the phone what had happened, without question, she said that they would have a new unit out to me tomorrow morning. I just wanted to pass along this wonderful example of customer service to anybody in the market for a TPMS.
