Tahquamenon Falls State Park

Super excited to be heading back to the Lower Falls campground later this week. It's become one of our favorite annual spots. Planned the upper to lower falls hike for Friday morning. A local car show on Saturday and still plenty of time for relaxing, exploring and eating. Hope to squeeze in a return trip to Oswald's Bear ranch, time permitting.

If you haven't made the trip north to TF before, its a wonderful trip up across the Mighty Mac and through some very scenic forest up to Paradise, MI.

Family 5er -
If you are returning to "Troll Land" you might want to stop by Leggs Inn in Cross Village for lunch or dinner on the bay.

Thank you so much for the recommendation, it's now on the list of places to go. I LOVE new restaurants.

I don't believe there are sewer hook up sites available so keep that in mind when planning your stay.
Lovely country. Always draws us back.
Happy trails,

Was just up at the Falls 2 weeks ago. No sewer hook ups at the State Parks. And it's a good 2 mile plus from the Lower Falls campsites to the dump station. Still worth the trip, so beautiful

We only stayed 4 days this time, no concerns on the sewer hook ups. If we were going any longer we do look for private campgroups with full hook ups.

Great trip except for the downpours on Thursday night. Seemed like it was never stop. Thankfully sunny skies and a nice breeze on Friday dried things up nicely. Can't wait to go back.
