Where is spring go?

We need spring to return. It was a great weekend, temps in the 50's and 60's but we are back in the 30's, that does not motivate me to do much. Would like to be doing some things out in the yard and in the trailer but just sitting in front of the tv. Will be heading back to work Monday after being home for 3 weeks and hoped to have a few things done.

Sorry on the title, I think I started to say where is spring, then changed it to where did spring go but did not fix it right and now on edit, it cannot be changed.

I think for my "area of the woods" that Spring has finally Sprung.....

It was low 70's yesterday, a few cool days to come because rain is coming tonight, then back to mid to hi 70's........

Thank goodness I am sick of winter.

And now I can go buy some flowers for my ugly pots to put outside!

Jo

i feel your pain, it was 25 this morning in virginia. looks like warmer days are on the horizon though. I am always ready for winter to be over but this year that is especially true. the older i get the longer the winters seem to last.

Our high so far this year has been 36 and the lows have consistently been in the mid teens or lower. Last night was 14 and today is forcast to go to 35. We're forcast for rain/snow mix the next 3 days with up to 2" of additional accumulation. Next week they say it may get up to the mid 40's. I did take the snow plow off the 4 wheeler and put the snowblower in the pole barn yesterday, but the snow shovels hang right by the garage door all year long

Spring? I'm beginning to think that may just have been a fantasy I remembered from years gone by. There's still over a foot of snow on the ground in the open areas and piles up to 5' tall by the driveways and in the back yard. I am so ready for this stuff to leave !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My wife is from the U P and in talking to family up there it sounds like they have been getting hammered. After talking to them I feel bad about complaining about our weather. Have faith, spring is coming. Eventually
