How many blocks stacked in a commercial building with 12' walls?
Two block high should be good, but with the holes up/down. Cinder blocks laid with the holes open to see through are not as strong as the other position.
If it were me using it only as a seasonal I'd jack it up & block it at frame in about 3-4 spots on either side without the jacks if you want perfectly stable & don't intend to move it.

Thank you all for your input. Being a newbie, I have a lot to learn.
I like the idea of using blocks under the frame, especially since it's a seasonal site and won't be moved, I might have to replace one of the jacks because it was bent when it was move to the site....but that's another issue/story.

Thank you,
Jimisand

If it's up on blocks as a seasonal site why worry about the bent stablizer?
As a newbie one bit of advice on the holding tank valves, DO NOT leave them open fulltime even though you're connected to a sewer dump, fill, dump & rinse as needed. Leaving them open allows the liquid to drain leaving the solids behind to dry out & harden. It may gross you out, but picture paper mache using poop & toilet paper! YUK!
This "poop pyramid" as it's called is near impossible to clear & a s####y mess.
