Bittersweet......

Well that last one is in the books for the old gal.....

For a first trailer, it did us good, taught us a lot, and served its purpose so well we decided to stay with trailering, but something that fits our style better.

I am sure she will find some new love soon, most likely a young family who needs more room than we did.

A couple of pictures from the last trip, my wife and her grade school friend from almost 50 decades ago, joined in.

Her husband had to just drop off their trailer and drive back to work for a couple of days before he could return.

We had already been there a few days when they showed up.

I helped him get his trailer set up next to ours.

I asked him if he had already removed the hitch pin clip/lock... as it wasn't on the pin?

He turned white as a ghost.

He was in such a hurry to hook up, drop her off, and get back home, well.....

I don't think he will ever do that again.

The fires closed off our return trip highway, had to detour south and come back over a different pass home.

Pick up the new trailer Tuesday.

I went from a 37’ Winnebago Class A to a 28’ TT. It was…an adjustment, but I have grown to love this trailer and the ability to get all my stuff to where I’m going and not have to go back and get the rest. It’s exciting! Best of luck with the new rig.
