Welcome to the forums and congrats on purchasing your new camper. Sounds like you've got it's future mapped out pretty good. Sitting stationary you'll have minimal problems. The best thing you can do, and should never put off is to inspect the roof for cracks in the caulking and wash and treat the roof at least once a year to keep it clean. The cleaner the roof is, the less black streaking on the sides of the camper you'll have.
Keeping the camper clean is the best maintenance you can do for any RV. Cleaning it military style (If you've ever been in the military, you know what I mean) will force you to check every nook and cranny in the camper periodically. With this level of cleaning, if anything is needing attention, you will spot it immediately.
Last bit of advise,.... if you do experience a problem, even minor, fix it immediately. Don't put it off or wait for a more convenient time to fix it. It will never happen. And the longer you wait to fix a problem, the more potential the problem will quickly grow into a much larger one ... ESPECIALLY with water problems. (and they do happen, even in the very best of RV's.)
Keep it clean as possible. That's the best maintenance you can do on your new camper.
Enjoy! Again ... welcome to the forums!
