Wear bar broken

Found the end of my wear bar broken and piece missing. I havent been able to find much about replacing. Do I need to do the rollers and ski's instead?
I also have a bit of rot there on the right edge of floor support. Planning on cutting out the small piece between floor boards and replacing it under the metal edge of the support.

Probably in over my head but live in small town in Alaska without many options. Open to any tips!
