window leak

I've got a leak between the frame and the glass on the lower window pane in my slide out. looks like they tried to put some chalk on the inside which did not work. What type of chalk would you use to use on the outside of the frame to stop this leak? It's a pretty good drip inside. Just noticed the drip in the first rain since I bought it. A 2022 364bhl. Full time in it so don't want to take back to the dealer as no where to stay! T.I.A.

I use Pro Flex on most places other than the roof. It comes in colors.
